DENNISPORT — When Summit Realty Partners bought a
block of businesses downtown about two years ago, it wanted to lure a
range of businesses to the district. So far, so good, Summit's property manager Fred McFadden said.
Buckies Biscotti moved from a standalone
building on Route 28 into the block more than a year ago. Hot Diggity
Dog Wash and Boutique followed suit. This summer, artist Hans de
Castellane opened a studio downtown and started teaching classes.
Auntie's Ice Cream Parlor braved the post-summer season and opened this
fall. A yoga studio expects to start this spring...
