Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, one of the fastest-growing self-serve frozen dessert franchises, plans to open a store early next year in the new Brickyard Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of NH 101 and NH 125 in Epping, N.H.
Summit Realty Partners and Waterstone Retail announced the
recent lease signing, and are pleased that Orange Leaf will be joining
retail stores like Market Basket, O’Neil Cinema’s, The Paper Store,
Marshalls and Famous Footwear in the thriving shopping center.
Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt will utilize the leased space as
their popular self-serve dessert concept and fill a void at the shopping
center and in the community for a frozen yogurt store.
Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners represented Orange
Leaf in securing a lease for this location, and the store plans to open
early 2013.
