One of Keene’s largest shopping centers has a new owner.

New York-based Katz Properties purchased the Monadnock Marketplace from Inland American Retail Management LLC Wednesday in a deal totaling $31.2 million.

Summit Realty Partners leases space to Dollar Tree in Milford, MA

MILFORD, MA: Summit Realty Partners is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree has signed a lease and opened a new store on Route 140 at Milford South Plaza. This store opening brings the 45,000 +/- square foot neighborhood shopping center to 100% occupancy. These upgrades include new exterior paint, upgraded sign bands, new landscape islands improving the flow of traffic, and new landscaping.
